Why are all my cameras not visible in the folder from Video Security App, even though they appear in the folder in BVMS Operator Client?
Expected behavior: having some cameras added in multiple folders in the VSC app, like in A and B folder.
Symptom Observed: in a specific folder in the VSC app, only 10 cameras are visible, while the BVMS Operator Client, the same folder shows 23 cameras.


Answer
This behavior is expected and by design in Video Security App (VSC).
The app is designed to connect to each camera only once, and therefore it automatically filters out duplicates if the same camera appears in multiple folders, to avoid connection and performance issues.
This results in fewer cameras being displayed in the Video Security mobile app compared to the BVMS Operator Client, where duplicates are allowed.
