How to identify problems with the 7000/9000 series panel connecting with the DX4020 and the DX4010i

 If the panel RAM/RPS passcode is different than the RAMIV/RPS passcode, the panel RAM/RPS passcode should be entered in the connection prompt box before a connection is attempted.
