Possible Cause: The System Settings are almost at the personnel limit. The personnel limit needs to be increased.

Start your ReadyKey Pro System Administration application.

Log in to the System Administration using your ID and password.

Left mouse click on the word Access Control.

Highlight Access Panels in the drop down menu and left mouse click on Access Panels.

Left mouse click on the tab that says LNL-500.

Left mouse click on the tab that says Options.

Left mouse click on the tab at the bottom that says modify.

Change the number of users where it says Cardholders. If at 500 change to 1000 etc.

After changing the number of Cardholders left mouse click on the OK tab at the bottom left hand side.

A box will pop up saying Modify Records?

Left mouse click on OK.

A box will come up saying a parameter has been changed you may need to download the changes. Left mouse click on ok.
