Access Software event/transaction screen shows invalid card format when a card is presented at the reader. The card format is correct for the 26bit card being used. The RS-485 wiring is correct and the correct wire is used.
Verify that the reader D1 and D0 are not reversed. This is a common error in the installation phase of the hardware.
