Some causes of the receiver not sounding are:

Jumper in the off position on the receiver.

Run silent is turned on in the central console software.

Bad receiver
Some possible solutions are:

Remover the cover, check jumper to the right of sounder above red LED and make sure jumper P1 is on.

At the central console click on "Setup" then transponder parameter and un-check the run silent box.

If steps 1 and 2 do not solve the problem replace the receiver.
