How to troubleshoot cardholder badges set to lost or returned in ReadyKeyPro


This is typically caused when the “Use or Lose Badge” feature is used without presenting the enrolled card to a reader within 24 hours.

When using the feature “Use or Lose Badge” you must present the card to a reader on the system within the first 24 hour period or the selected number of days does not take effect and the cards are set to lost after Midnight.
