How to troubleshoot the Access Easy Controller (AEC) Version 2, if it will not display cardholders.

The AEC will work properly in Internet Explorer versions 8 and up by running the AEC page in Compatibility Mode.

1. Log into your AEC and browse to the Card Administration screen.

2. In the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools | Compatibility View Settings.

3. In the Add this website field, add the IP address of your AEC controller. Then click Add

4. Click Close and the web page will refresh itself. After it refreshes, you should now see your cardholders
