Can inputs and outputs be reassigned when using a 4W AMC2 board for elevator control?
Answer
No; the inputs and outputs on a 4 reader board are dedicated to elevator control. The inputs and outputs on the onboard 4 reader board are used prior to input or output points on an extension board attached using the RS-485 bus.
The inputs and outputs cannot be redefined for other applications on the onboard 4 reader board once an AMC2 module is configured with an elevator reader.
