How to address the 2000 series panel not sending alarm reports to the Central Station.

When an alarm is generated within 2 minutes of arming nt, the system sends an Alarm Recent Close Report. This may not be interpreted by the Central Station the same as an Alarm Report.

This feature is not configurable within the panel program.
