How to correct the issue when users cannot clear fire alarms from the panel.


  • When testing fire points, I cannot clear them from the alarm memory. They are in a seperate area from the burg points. How can I clear the fire points?

  • D7212GV2, D7412GV2 and D9412GV2 panel types using firmware version 7.06 had a defect where the control panel required Burg AND Fire points to be normal rather then only Fire points, prior to allowing alarm memory to clear.  

  • This problem is corrected with the upgraded firmware 7.07, currently at version 7.09.
