How to Copy an Account from the Netcom Account Database

How do I copy an Account from the Netcom Account Database using the D6200 Software?

Solution

To copy an account, do the following:

1. Select Netcom, then select Netcom Account Database Management, then select Open/Manage Netcom Account Database Configuration from file from the D6200 menus.

2. Select the appropriate database from the file selections and open it.

3. At the Account Database Configuration window, click on the account to be copied in the list of accounts.

    Click the Copy button.

4. The Account tab will automatically appear with the title "Copied Account from....."

Any Account information from the copied account is transferred to the copy with only NNC number left blank.

5. Select the Settings tab.

6. Enter the NNC number for this new account.

7. Click OK when finished.
