How to troubleshoot the message "Keypad Disabled" on the D222 or D223 keypad.


Verify the correct address in the D222 or D223 panel keypad.

  • Check the addressing of the keypad:

    • Set Dip Switch 1 to ON for the keypad. Make sure the Keypad is addressed as 1.
