When the keypad displays TROUBLE! PRESS CMD 4 TO VIEW follow these steps to view the cause of the trouble.
TROUBLE! PRESS CMD 4 TO VIEW. Press the CMD key then the 4 key
SYSTEM TROUBLE PRESS 2 TO VIEW. Press the 2 key.
CALL FOR SERVICE is displayed
Press the 0 key to view the trouble condition.
The condition will be displayed on the keypad.
