When entering installers mode, the 2212 gets stuck on PHONE TEST.
Solution
When entering installers mode, the technician closes the RESET PIN, enters 1 on the Command Center and enters the INSTALLERS CODE.

The problem is after the INSTALLERS CODE is entered, the 2000 Series panel goes right to PHONE TEST. To exit this test and return to the list of menu items; (1)Bell Test, (2)Battery Test, (3)Phone Test, (4)RF Programming, (5)Point Status, (6)Relays, (8)Keypad Programming, press the CLEAR Button.
