How to disable reporting on a D4412/6412


Perform the following procedure to disable reporting on a D4412 or D6412:

  1. At the control panel, lock down the installers switch.

  2. From the keypad, press Cmd 41 and then enter the installer's passcode.

  3. Press 8 for keypad programming.

  4. Press 0221 Cmd.

  5. Press 0 and then the star key (*).

  6. Press and hold the Cmd key to exit programming.

  7. Unlock the installer's switch.

  8. In RPS, go to Global Reporting Options and then set Enable Reporting to No.
