Issue
Chime mode is on, but does not beep at the keypad when the point is opened.
Solution
When a zone is programmed for trouble reporting, the alert/chime will only sound if the loop is shorted, but not when it is open. In the last digit of the zone code enter the digit 4. Example = ( 1204 ).
When a zone is not programmed for trouble reporting, the alert/chime will sound on both open and short.
This type of zone will report alarms on open or short when panel is armed.
