Issue
The panel is waiting 30 seconds or so to dial out to central station after an instant alarm.
Solution
In the point index configuration , under GLOBAL POINT CONFIGURATION, check the Alarm Event Abort Window time which is used for alarm cancellation time. This is the time the panel will wait to transmit an alarm condition to central station unless it is cancelled before the time has expired.This feature is a SIA requirement used to prevent false alarms being reported by user error.
