How to correct the Central Station not getting BFSK Reports.

 Central Station is not getting the BFSK reports from the panel. Panels are not going into Comm Fail or Comm Route Fail therefore the reports are going to a receiver somewhere.

The Central Station may be looking for a 4-digit account number and the panel is only sending 3 digits.

When using BFSK Reporting Format only the last three digits of your account number are transmitted to the Central Station. Insert a 0 as the first digit of the account number. Example; change  the account number [2 3 4] to be  [0 2 3 4].
