This is due to a gateway setting in the VPN properties. Perform the following steps on a Windows 7 computer to resolve the issue. Windows 10 settings may differ slightly

Browse to Start | Control Panel | Network and Internet | Network and Sharing Center.

Select Change adapter settings.

Right click on the Wyless VPN connection and select Properties.

Click on the Networking tab.

Highlight Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and select Properties.

Click Advanced.

Uncheck use default gateway on remote network. Click OK. Click OK again.

Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and select Properties.

Click Advanced.

Uncheck use default gateway on remote network. Click OK. Click OK again.

Click OK again out of the VPN properties window and close the Control Panel.
