How to Delete a Netcom Database Account via the D6600/D6100 Receiver Faceplate

How do I delete an account from the Netcom Account Database using the D6600/D6100 Receiver Faceplate/Menu?

Solution

From The D6600 or D6100 Faceplate/Menu

  1. Press the [M/E] key on the D6600, MENU key on the D6100

  2. Enter a valid passcode and press the [M/E] or MENU key again.

  3. Using the Down arrow key scroll down to 7 Account Database Configuration.

  4. Press the [M/E] or MENU key to enter the menu.

  5. Using the Down arrow key scroll down to 7.2 Delete an Account.

  6. Press the [M/E] or MENU key.

  7. The display WILL show Input NNC Number.

  8. In the case of a NNC number, enter the NNC number of the account to be deleted using the keypad.

  1. Press the [M/E] or MENU key.

  2. The display changes and prompts Are you sure?

        No/Yes 0/1

        Press 1 to delete or 0 to cancel

  1. Press [CAN] twice to return to the Main Menu.
