When checking error displays on the DS7400(X) by entering PIN # 89, the keypad shows SYSTEM FAULT 50.
To narrow down the cause of the problem enter PIN # 87. This will display one or more of the following ARDIS errors.

AR FAULT which means loss of communication. Check wiring between panel and ARDIS radio.

AR NET FAULT which means loss of network. Check antenna and signal strength LEDS.

AR MODEM FAULT which would indicate a faulted modem.
