In this situation, there are only two ways to get into the program of the control panel.

The first is to find out what the Datalock is in the control panel and enter into the proper area for the programmer being used.

The second is to send the control panel to the Bosch repair department and get the Lockcode defaulted. There are no back doors for unlocking this code.
