The D4412/D6412 reports Data Bus Tamper Device 50 or 51 while the RF3224 cover is in place.

The Wall Tamper Jumper is in the Enabled Position (not covering both pins) and the Wall Tamper on the back of the RF3224 is not closed. 

The Wall Tamper must be satisfied to clear the trouble.  Either install a spring to contact the wall and close the wall tamper switch or place the tamper jumper across both pins to select disabled.
