Issue
When attempting to connect to a DS7080iP-32 or DS7400Xi Ver4+ panel in WDSRP 2, Direct Connect does not appear as an option when Communicate is pressed.
Solution
WDSRP has not been set up to use Direct Connect function. Go to Utilities and Preferences, check Direct Serial Connect and press OK. Go back to Communicate screen and Direct Connect will appear.
