How to checking system troubles on D6412 & D4412 using a D623 or D625 keypad.


  1. System Trouble Press cmd 4 to view then press 2.

  2. Enter a valid pass code.

  3. When keypad displays call for service press 0.  The keypad will display the trouble conditions.
