Causes,
The DS7430, DS7433, or the DS7436 has not been installed properly.
There are two or more keypads sharing the same address.
Solutions:
Ensure the DS7430, DS7433 and the DS7436 have been installed correctly.
Ensure that none of the keypads have duplicate addresses. Check the jumper setting on the back of the keypads
