What is the relay wiring color configuration when in A or B mode?
With the jumper in the A (fail safe) mode the relays are as follows:

1st Relay: Yellow wire is Common (C) Blue wire is Normally Closed (NC) Violet wire is Normally Open (NO)

Second Relay: Grey wire is Common (C) Orange wire is Normally Closed (NC) Green wire is Normally Open (NO)
With the jumper in the B setting (fail secure) the relays are as follows:

1st Relay: Yellow wire is Common (C) Blue wire is Normally Open (NO) Violet wire is Normally Closed (NC)
