1) Under phone routing in panel wide parameters, set area O/C report to yes for the route group being used to send reports to CS.
2) Set area only under area wide parameters to yes.
3) Under user authority, set area O/C to a value of E (Enable) for all authority levels that the Opening and Closing reports are required.
