How to Troubleshoot Low Battery DS7400 Series Panel

Issue

The keypad displays low battery.

Solution

1. The battery failed a battery test.

2. The battery is defective.

3. The wiring to the battery is disconnected.

• Replace the battery.

• If there has just been a power failure, wait at least two hours for the battery to recharge, then perform a system reset to re-test the battery and clear the error.

• Check the wiring.
