Issue
The Command Center is sounding the trouble tone and the point is normal.
Solution
Buzz on fault is set to 1 (default setting for Point Index 6 & 9). When buzz on fault is set to 1 the keypad will begin to buzz when the point is faulted and continue even after it is normalized until the user acknowledges it with a passcode or command 4.
