How to determine which resistor to cut from the D220A Keypad to work with a D2112 panel.

The D220A LED keypad normally is used with the D2212, D2412 or D2812.  It can be used with the D2112 by cutting the R30 resistor.  

R30 is a 3.3K ohm resistor located under the face plate near the middle of the of the circuit board. The color code is orange, orange, red, gold.
