Most commands performed on the D1260 Enhanced Command Center utilize “soft keys”. These “soft keys”, located on the left and right side of a large LCD display, are used in most commands performed on the D1260. Therefore the sequence of pre-programmed key presses on the D1260 is different than those performed on the D1255.

The D1260 Enhanced Command Center has 8 “Soft-Keys”, 4 on each side of a four-line by 20-character LCD Display. The keys are identified in figure 1 below.
