Verify points are programmed as 'onboard' points. If programmed as an expanded device which is not added to the panel the point(s) will show as missing.

In keypad programming, verify nibbles 0706, 0711, 0716, 0721, 0726, 0731, 0736, 0741 are programmed as 1. Other options would indicate either an expansion device or disabled.

Using RPS, verify the device is set to On Board in Point Configuration. Other settings would cause a point intended to be used on board to show missing.
