Issue

What would cause a keypad connected to D7412G/D9412G series panel to display invalid point?

Solution

There are two conditions that will display invalid point when trying to bypass.

  1. Trying to bypass a point that is not in the same area as the scope of the keypad.

  2. Trying to bypass a point that has an index setup with bypassing disabled.
