How to determine which B942 credentials will also work G series access doors?


Credentials used with the B942 can be used with G series access doors provided the correct reader is installed.  The proximity reader on the B942 keypad supports EM4102 (125 kHz) credentials. 


B942 Compatible Credentials:
ACA-ATR13  Token
ACD-ATR11ISO Card
ACD-ATR14CS Clamshell Card

The readers below are compatible with any of the above credentials as well as the D9210C:
ARD-AYK12
ARD-AYJ12
ARD-AYH12
ARD-AYCE65B
ARD-AYQ12
Note:
     1.  Any of the above listed credentials will work with any of the readers listed below.
     2.  The B942 proximity reader allows a token or card to be used in place of a passcode to turn on or off the security system.
     3.  The proximity reader in the B942 keypad cannot be used to operate an access door.
