How can I setup Open/Close on a 2112 panel?

Solution

Using RPS/RAMIV

  1. Connect to the control via modem/RPS and receive all panel data and save to your RPS database.

  2. Go to the Open/Close section of the program.

  3. Turn on All-On reports by selecting Yes.

  4. Turn on Part-On reports by selecting Yes.

  5. Save your changes and send the changed data back to the control. Test it out.

Using 5200

  1. Latch the installer clip on the control panel and receive a fresh copy of the panel data.

  2. After you see Receive Successful on your 5200, go to the Open/Close section of the program. 

  3. Using the white SPACE bar on the 5200 press it to toggle NO to YES to turn on O/C for both ALL ON and PART ON.

  4. 4. Press the red SEND LOAD key, disconnect the programmer and unclip the installer switch. Test.
