How to use expanded points on the B921C or B942 SDI2 Keypad.


  •  How many expanded points can be added to the B921C Keypad?

  • What will the addresses of the expanded points be?

The B921C or B942 can support up to 4 expanded points.  The point numbers of the 4 expanded points will be the [keypad address] x [10] + 1, 2, 3, 4.   For example if the keypad is addressed 01, the expanded points are 11, 12, 13 and 14.

The below chart displays all of the expanded points, per keypad address.

In panel programming the point source will be set to "Keypad".  The below example is for the B921C or B942 addressed as 1.
