Perform the following procedure:

Turn dipswitches 5 and 6 to the "OFF" position on the D9210B.

Remove power from the D9210B for 1 minute.

Return dipswitches 5, 6 to the "ON" position on the D9210B.

Return power to D9210B.

Momentarily close the reset pin on panel.
This will force the panel to re-send card data to the D9210B.
