According to Honeywell’s documentation, the Bosch 5000i starlight cameras are not supported for use with the Honeywell ADPRO iFT NVR.

Only cameras listed in their supported IP camera list are tested and approved.

When attempting to add an unsupported camera to a Honeywell Xtralis ADPRO iFT unit, the system may return a “username/password error”, even if the credentials are correct. This behavior typically indicates a compatibility issue rather than an authentication problem.

However, if you receive a username/password error, it is always recommended to check the password requirements of the ADPRO iFT NVR, particularly regarding unsupported characters.

If you have another Bosch camera model than the ones mentioned in the attached document, please check with Honeywell whether the camera model and firmware are supported.
