Where can I find the compatibility matrix between SONY cameras and Milestone?

If you have for e.g. a SNC-EM642R camera and you want to find out which device packs you need for your entire solution, follow the steps below:
1. Access the link from above
2. Select the product you want to see Supported Devices.
3. Type in “SNC-EM642R” in the search field & hit the search button
4. Click on the device name > a new Supported device window will be displayed.
Per the Milestone compatibility matrix, the SNC-EM642R on firmware 3.1.1 needs to have the Milestone 10.4a device pack to be a supported configuration.
