Is it a cause for concern if the temperature of FLEXIDOME IP 5000i IR (NDI-5503-AL) is higher than other cameras?

The first temperature is the current internal operating temperature of the camera.

The second in parenthesis is the MAX ever lifetime recorded temperature that specific camera had reached.
These indoor models have a higher temperature than normal because the temperature cannot disperse so easily.
It’s a normal situation for NDI-5503-AL having an average of 80 degree when running on high performance functions, for example: 5Mp30 / H.265 / EVA / IR illumination
Don’t be afraid, an icon should appear if the camera is overheating.

If you notice that the temperature is higher than usual, you can perform a firmware upgrade. This can help in some cases.
