How to manually remove Genetec Plugin Suite from Windows?

Prerequisites:

       1 - Camera should be recording Metadata in Genetec. That could be verified via Config Tool -> Archiver ->Video Unit for Metadata Recording -> Camera under that unit -> Recording Tab -> Expand additional settings and confirm Record Metadata.

       2 - The Camera should have the correct IVA Pro Package for Attribute Search to function.

Step-by-step guide

1. First , go to Config Tool -> System  -> Roles  -> Plugins.

2. Remove any Bosch Plugin from this interface by simply deleting them.

3. Remove the Bosch Plugin Suite from Add / Remove programs of Windows.

4. Delete any Remaining Folders under C:\Program files\Bosch\Genetec\ and C:\Program files(x86)\Bosch\Genetec\

5. Delete any Bosch Plugin Files under C:\Program Data\Genetec Security Center\Plugins

6. Make sure that Forensic Search Service In Windows Services is also removed.

7. Reboot that computer.

8. Re-install Plugin using Administrative Rights

9. After installation, repeat the 1^st step and This time add Plugin Roles for BoschForensicSearch and BoschCameraCommunications.

10. Make sure that Forensic Search Service is listed and Running in Windows Services.
