Does the Video Security App have an embedded feature to keep the screen active on mobile devices or tablets?

Answer

The Video Security App screen automatically switches off after the time set in the settings of the device.

While iOS devices have an option to set screen lock timeout to never, Android devices have only a max time of 30 minutes.

Regarding the Android not having the feature to never auto-Lock the screen is out of Bosch control and would need to be taken up with the HW supplier.

However, you can try to install a separate app which helps in keeping the screen alive. There are many free apps which will allow you to configure Screen On Always.
