What settings are required in Bosch Cloud VMS to get multiple events in one alarm?
Answer
To get multiple events in one alarm, please enable Event Batching in the related Service. (-> please create a new Service, because changing Event Batching in an existing Service is not supported).
Event Batching is only recommended to be configured if an Alarm Agent (operator) regularly closes these event batches.
Event batches with more than 250 single events cannot be displayed in Operator Interface. This is per design.
Note: Event batching is available for AI Alarm Verification, Live Intervention and Video Verification service.
