Why are VCA tasks not available during playback in Configuration Manager v.7.71?

It was noticed that in Configuration Manager v.7.71, the VCA tasks are not available for adjustment during playback. Additionally, several behaviors have been observed, including "Video Encrypted" messages, "Video not available" errors, and issues with timelines not showing for "Recording 1". Sometimes, the software may also crash when switching between recordings.
These behaviors are resolved in Configuration Manager v7.74.0126, now available for download.
