After configuring multiple Inputs in Alarm Management:
Alarms are received with physical code 751 for every input:
Is it possible for the physical code to be either changeable or a different code be sent for each type of alarm (e.g. Magnetic Door contact should have a different code than Door left open)?
Answer
The Virtual Assistant event is mapped to code 751 in the alarm transmitter. It is not possible to differentiate in the alarm transmitter the different scenarios on which an event code should be customized.
The event properties sent from the Alarm Management application to the transmitter contains only if it's a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT or LIVE INTERVENTION etc.
