What could be the cause of black image in Operator Client when clicking on the Instant Playback?

The time synchronization is wrongly set. Therefore, you have to:

Verify the time synchronization setting of your system.

Check the Time in Op Client

Check the time in the Camera

Check the time of the NTP server

Please make sure all servers, workstations and cameras do have exact the same time.
