The Bosch VMS Operator Client offers "jump to next"/ "jump to previous" functionality for recordings.
This functionality may fail if the search for the next/ previous recording exceeds 10 seconds.

Solution
The following guidelines help to avoid such timeouts:
- Zoom as far as possible into the timeline before triggering the "jump to next”/”jump to previous" operation.
- Zooming in restricts the area of search, and therefore makes search timeouts less likely.
- Search forward rather than backward, because forward searches are more efficient.
- Search in VRM recordings rather than in DIVAR recordings, because VRM playback performance is much better.
