Can the fixed shutter be set to 1/500 on the FLEXIDOME outdoor 3100i IR camera?

Answer

Setting the fixed shutter to 1/500 is not possible on 3000 and 3100 series cameras. This is a hardware limitation and is independent of the installed firmware version.

To have this option available, it is recommended to use 5100i cameras series.
