Welcome to the 3.9 release of Video Security for Windows, Android and iOS. There are new features in this release, some of the highlights include:

New Features

• Enhanced multi‑camera viewing

Supports up to nine simultaneous camera views on Windows

• New diagnostic view

Diagnostic view for identifying common connection issues.

VSC 3.9 introduces a new diagnostic view for identifying common connection issues faster. To open the diagnostics view, click on the 3 dots menu in the upper right corner and select Diagnostics.

If any connection issue exists, the diagnostic view will you inform you about the issue details:

With the Copy button you can copy the information to your clip board and paste it into your e-mail or support ticket to share the information with our technical support team.

Changes / Bug Fixes

• More stable camera connections
  An issue where camera connections established via Remote Portal stopped after 30 minutes has been resolved.

• Improved video playback reliability
  Certain H.265 streams that previously caused the app to freeze can now be decoded correctly.

• More reliable push notifications
  Push notifications are now processed correctly when the app is not running.

• Correct time range in exported videos
  Exported video files now include the proper time span.
